The mobile phone penetration rate in Africa is expected to exceed 50% by 2024 and reach 80% by 2030. *4

Cryptocurrency is developing rapidly in Africa, with major US cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase expanding into the region and digital currencies becoming more widespread. *5

Due to conflicts between countries, the Democratic Republic of the Congo has imposed strict and closed regulations on the issuance of new mining licenses, and PE licenses are only issued to companies that demonstrate a certain level of technology, equipment, and track record.

AIC Limited has acquired 1 million square meters of land and a limited private equity license in the mining area, and plans to initially issue a financial product-backed stablecoin backed solely by copper, backed by approximately 600 billion yen.
